The NIKE academy

 

All young footballers want more access from professional football clubs but most don't offer them the insight they crave. We built our very own football club and invited everyone inside. Welcome to the social media football club.

 
 

We recruited the best unsigned players, built a set-up designed to get them scouted by professional clubs and embedded an on-site social media team to maintain the dedicated Facebook page (where young footballers can ask experienced staff and coaches how to improve their game and get direct answers) giving fans unprecedented 24/7 access.

 
 

From season 2014 we went bigger and better. I designed a full digital experience on nike.com, more responsive and personal to everyone's demands. A compelling interactive platform available on desktop and mobile devices.

 
 

Furthermore we integrated the Academy to the Nike Football app offering a four week pre-season training plan to be ready for the season ahead.
